A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to provide domestic fee-charging job placement services shall register with a branch office of a Special Self-Governing Province having jurisdiction over the location of the main office.

Nevertheless, the Defendant and C, without being registered with the competent authority, opened a her own news report room without being registered, and the Defendant also acted as a driver to arrange women's friendship in a singing room, and C, upon the Defendant's instruction, intended to serve as a driver for women's singing room by using the vehicle.

At around December 9, 2016, the Defendant, along with C, introduced five women, including G and H, to the said Esing room on the condition that women receive 6,000 won per hour from the U.S., after having contacted with F, who operated Esing in the Dong-dong building, U.S., and received 6,000 won per hour from the said women, using two vehicles, such as I SM7 passenger cars, from the beginning of November 2015 to December 9, 2016, and received 6,000 won per hour from the said women as expenses.

As a result, the defendant conspired with C without being registered with the competent authorities, and provided a fee job placement service.
