A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

A seized Rab oil tank (No. 3) shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

From February 13, 2016, the Defendant performed an advisory work in the “E cafeteria” operated by D in Yangyang-gun C.

1. On May 6, 2016, at night, the Defendant: (a) opened an entrance at the “E cafeteria”; (b) opened the entrance; and (c) intruded into the said “E cafeteria”; and (d) stolen the victim D’s 1,600 won (hereinafter “E cafeteria”); and (b) opened the entrance at the opening of the C cafeteria, and used it to cut off.

2. No person who violates the Chemicals Control Act shall inhale any chemical substance that causes smoking, hallucination, or anesthesia;

Nevertheless, at the same place of a day and around the same day as described in paragraph 1, the Defendant drank coal gas into the exit of “snicking coal gas” purchased with the stolen money, for about two hours.

Accordingly, the defendant inhales chemicals that cause interest, hallucination, or anesthesia.

3. A general structure fire prevention Defendant, like paragraph 2, had his head with a knife and beer disease for committing suicide in a state of decilation by inhaleing but did not reach the death.

At around 07:03 on the same day, the Defendant, within the “E cafeteria” above, set up a newspaper site, sti pumps one container, and a credit card receipt site on the floor, and was under the bottom of the calculated unit:

Using a disposable-use camera, fire was attached to it, and the fire was spread to the entire restaurant owned by D.

Accordingly, the Defendant destroyed the above restaurant to ensure that approximately KRW 100,000,000 is a repair cost.
