A. On June 8, 2016, Defendant B provided CCTV video data to A without obtaining consent from the injured party, in the first floor of the above D apartment management office.

After all, the defendant provided personal information to a third party without the consent of the subject of information.

B. Defendant A received the above CCTV image data from the Director of the Management Office, which contains the form of a victim, at the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph.

Ultimately, the Defendant was provided with personal information with knowledge of the fact that he did not obtain consent from the subject of information.

2. Determination

A. According to the records, the following facts are acknowledged.

1) Defendant A is the chairman of the committee for the representatives of occupants of the instant apartment.

2) On around 206, E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant housing management company”) entered into a contract for the management of collective housing and consignment (hereinafter “instant consignment contract”) with the representative meeting of occupants of the apartment complex (hereinafter “instant apartment complex”) and managed the said apartment complex.

A is the chairman of the meeting of occupants of the apartment of this case.

Defendant

B is an employee of the instant housing management company, who has served as the instant apartment management complaint under the instant consignment management contract.

3) The representative meeting of the occupants of the instant apartment was posted on the front corridor of the elevator of the first floor of the instant apartment of 107,00,000 won, and the instant apartment of this case was damaged by the Nar-gun on June 7, 2016.
