A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four years and suspension of qualifications for four years.

Ⅰ. All Facts

1. The defendant's identity;

A. On August 10, 1957, the Defendant was born in Seoul, graduated from E middle school and F High School, and entered the Gun on October 1980, and entered the Gun. B. In addition, around February 11, 2011, the Defendant established I Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “I”) and operated as the Chairperson, but closed the business at the end of 2012 without any performance.

C. The Defendant, under the supervision of the Ministry of Unification and the Korean National Red Cross, was established with the aim of promoting inter-Korean exchange between inter-Korean separated families and contributing to creating a foundation for unification, such as mutual cooperation and exchange of information among the organizations conducting activities for arranging inter-Korean separated families. On February 28, 2012, the Defendant was appointed as a director of the J Association (hereinafter “J Association”) which obtained permission from the Ministry of Unification on February 28, 2012, and used a separate office to establish a “Governor” without permission, and used the name of the inter-Korean separated families to collect the list of separated families under the supervision of the separated families, and deliver it to the Republic of Korea National Assembly of the Republic of Korea, which belongs

On the other hand, L (M) which is the smallest part of the defendant contributed to the construction of North Korean socialist voluntarily in October 1945.
