1. The defendant (Appointeds) and the designated parties are jointly and severally liable to the plaintiff 160,932,140 won and the designated parties.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff was the owner under 203 of the apartment house on the ground outside the Seoul Northern-gu Seoul Northern-gu G (hereinafter “instant apartment house”) and was the owner of the G land in Gangnam-gu Seoul Northern-gu.
B. H Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “H”) concluded a rebuilding agreement with the land owners, including the Plaintiff, to remove the instant tenement house and to newly build a multi-household house on the ground.
C. 1) On January 20, 201, the Defendant and the designated parties are responsible for completing their respective responsibilities and joint and several sureties for the Plaintiff on January 20, 201 (hereinafter “each of the instant reports”).

On January 31, 201, the Plaintiff obtained a loan of KRW 170,000,00 from the Handong Community Fund, and in order to secure the obligation to repay the said loan, the Plaintiff created a collateral on the same day with respect to the shares owned by the Plaintiff in the building No. 203 and the G in Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, set up a collateral security to the Bodong Community Fund.
E. On August 18, 201, the owner of the instant land and the Korea Buddhist Construction Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea Buddhist Construction Industry”) were newly built on the ground of the instant land (urban Residential Housing and Loan).
