1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On April 15, 2017, when the Party’s status network F (hereinafter “the deceased”) was hospitalized in H Hospital located in Busan Jin-gu G (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”), the Plaintiff was the deceased’s wife, and the Plaintiff B and C were the deceased’s children.

B. On October 6, 2016, the Deceased was hospitalized, and the Deceased tried to commit suicide on two occasions at the time of the suicide accident and influence. In light of the risk of suicide, the Deceased was hospitalized (hereinafter “first hospitalized treatment”) from December 29, 2016 to December 31, 2016 at the Yangsan National University Hospital Hospital (hereinafter “the first hospital”). The Deceased was discharged from the hospital at Yangsan National University Hospital, and continued to receive the hospital’s hospital treatment. The Deceased’s symptoms showed that the schedule of the director of the pentan National University’s board of directors scheduled to take place on February 6, 2017, and the Deceased was found to have been significantly raised from the closing of the hospital to December 30, 2017 to 2017 (hereinafter “the function of the hospital”).

3) On March 2, 2017, the Deceased discharged from the Yangsan National University Hospital on March 2, 2017 due to the symptoms of the second hospitalization, but the subsequent depression accident was deepened again, and on March 13, 2017, and March 15, 2017, the Deceased was diagnosed as “major depression disorder with symptoms of mental disorder and non-quality infection” with the consent of his guardian on March 16, 2017.

C. 1) While the Deceased was hospitalized at the closed ward of the Defendant hospital, on April 12, 2017, the Deceased appealed from the symptoms, such as respiratory difficulty, heat, and oxygen stegrosis degradation, etc., and the medical personnel belonging to the Defendant hospital transferred the Deceased to an open ward from the closed ward to an open ward in order to cope with the above internal emergency situation. 2) The Deceased was receiving the treatment at an open ward.
