A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant reported on loan advertisements posted by B, C, D, and E on the Internet, and contacted them to obtain a loan in a normal way due to lack of loan eligibility. As such, the Defendant conspired with F, B, etc., and the Defendant and F, as if they were married with each other, were to have forged the loan-related documents and received a charter loan.

1. Forgery of an official document;

A. On November 12, 2008, the Defendant, in collusion with F and B, entered in the office Gtel 702, Gtel 702, on the health insurance card paper, entered the Defendant’s work for H company in collusion with F and B, entered the name of the president of the National Health Insurance Corporation at the bottom of the National Health Insurance Corporation, and affixed the official seal attached thereto.

B. The Defendant, in collusion with F, B, etc. on November 12, 2008, is in the marital relationship between the Defendant and F, as if the Defendant had not married with F even though he did not have married with F, and Seoul.
