Punishment of the crime

1. At around 18:00 on July 21, 2016, the Defendant taken a video image of the body part of a female victim, such as bucks, sucks, and spawal, where it is difficult to find out that a female victim’s name was a knch short knife by using the knife function of the cellular phone inside the D Station located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Jongno-gu.

2. On August 16, 2016, at around 08:03, the Defendant taken a 25 seconds image of the lower body, such as the buckbucks, paper, etc. of female victims, where it is impossible to find out the name of receiving a white buck in the form of black water, using the mobile phone camera function of the cellular phone in the outer located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of another person, who may cause sexual humiliation or shame, using a mobile phone with the camera function, against his will.
