1. On September 20, 2013, around 01:30 on September 20, 2013, the criminal defendant against the victim C committed an act as if he would pay the alcohol value, and ordered the victim to provide alcohol and alcohol.

As such, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim; (b) provided the victim with an alcoholic beverage equivalent to KRW 500,000 at the market price; and (c) did not pay a service fee of KRW 60,000 at the same place; and (d) obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount.
3. On September 25, 2013, around September 21, 2013, the criminal defendant against the victim I issued an order for alcohol and alcohol to the victim at the K points operated by the victim I in the J of Y of Y of Y of Ycheon-si, as if he would pay the alcohol value, and ordered the victim to do so.
However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the price even if he was provided with alcoholic beverage and alcohol from the victim.
As such, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim; (b) provided the victim with an alcoholic beverage equivalent to KRW 380,000 at the market price; and (c) did not pay a service fee of KRW 90,000 at the same place; and (d) obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount.
