1. The plaintiff's appeal against the defendants is dismissed in entirety.
2. The plaintiff's defendant B added at the trial of the court.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On January 28, 1993, the Plaintiff was married with G on November 11, 1997 after the consultation with F on January 28, 1993. The Defendants are children between the Plaintiff and the former wifeF.
B. The Plaintiff’s treatment process, etc. (1) occurred in the instant T Hospital around April 2010. From around June 2010 to around March 2011, the Plaintiff was discharged from the hospital of the native University Hospital, etc. Around January 2011. The Plaintiff was discharged from the hospital on or around January 2013. The Plaintiff was discharged from the hospital of the Republic of Korea after being on or around the floor of the ancient River, and was on or around March 2013, after having moved into Jeju-do along with G, and received rehabilitation treatment from the time on or around March 14, 2013, the Defendant B and C visited the Plaintiff on June 14, 2013. On the same day, the Plaintiff left Jeju-do with Defendant B and Jeju-do, and returned to Jeju-do from that time to August 20, 2013.
C. The registration of ownership transfer on each real estate listed in the separate sheet was completed on June 19, 2013 on each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet owned by the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant gift agreement”) during the period in which the Plaintiff resided in F’s house, as stated in the purport of the claim, due to the gift on June 19, 2013 (hereinafter “instant gift agreement”).

2. The parties' assertion
