Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person subject to a mobilization training for military service.

On May 30, 2018, the Defendant’s Green e-mailB, which was called “the Defendant’s country Green e-mailB”, sent a notice of convening a training call to undergo military service training conducted from July 11, 2018 to 13, Namyang-ro 277, South-ro, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, and at the training training site, from July 11 to 2018, but did not participate in the training without good cause.
