Defendant
A is the representative director of corporation B in Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, and Defendant B is a corporation established on December 6, 201 for the purpose of online information providing industry.

A, on January 30, 2012, participated in the bidding of the E-private business entity in accordance with the “investment attraction and consignment plan to promote the E-Operation” of the Gyeongnam-gun of Busan District Office, and on February 27, 2012, the said corporation B was selected as the final business entity.
