A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

After that, around September 2012, the Defendant transferred a false loan-related document to E in the vicinity of the Industrial Bank of Korea branch of the Victim's Workers' Bank of Korea in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Nowon-gu, and explained the method of applying for a loan. E applied for a loan of 60 million won to the employee of the victim bank, submitting a false employment certificate and a lease contract, etc., and applied for a worker's lease of housing as if he actually used the loan as a deposit.
