A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 8, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor due to forced indecent acts, etc. in the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court on May 10, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 10, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Seosung branch of the Hongsung prison on September 25, 2013.

1. No person shall desert away from his post or serve in the relevant field for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds;

The Defendant, while serving as a social service personnel at the registration office of the Daejeon District Court, was absent from office for 4 days from May 27, 2014 to May 30, 2014 without justifiable grounds, and was absent from office for 282 days in total without justifiable grounds as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Form.

2. Where any personal information submitted is changed, a person subject to registration of personal information shall submit the reason and details of such change to the head of the competent police agency within 20 days from the date the reason and details of such change occur

As above, Defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information, who was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment due to forced indecent conduct, and the judgment became final and conclusive, and was employed in the “B gas station” located in the middle of September 2014 and whose place of residence was changed, and did not submit the changed personal information within 20 days after the actual place of residence was changed.

3. The Defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information on which a judgment of conviction became final and conclusive due to forced indecent conduct.

A person subject to registration of personal information shall attend a police office having jurisdiction over his/her domicile every one year from the date of the initial registration and have the head of a police office take photographs of his/her own permanent address, left-hand side, right-hand side and telegraph, and store and keep them in electronic form.

On May 18, 2013, the Defendant submitted a letter of new personal information to the head of the relevant mountainous district in the Hongsung prison branch of the Hongsung prison, which was 343, Seosung-si, Seosung-si, Seosung-si, Seosung-si, Seosung (Seoul), and submitted it to the head of the relevant mountainous district office around June 5, 2013.
