Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 3, 2013, at around 17:00, the Defendant carried a kitchen blade ( approximately 33 cm in total length, approximately 21 cm in blades), which is a deadly weapon that may be used for committing a crime, such as assault, injury, threat, etc., in front of his/her residence, without justifiable grounds.
