A and B both Defendants confession and reflect the crime of this case; the above Defendants are deemed to deposit a certain amount of money to the victim J or to have paid it to the victim until the original trial; Defendant A is deemed to have no record of criminal punishment for the same kind of crime; on the other hand, the crime of this case is deemed to have been committed jointly with Defendant A, D, and Defendant B merely because Defendant A did not respond to the victim despite the victim J's name even if Defendant A committed the crime of this case, when Defendant C, D, and Defendant B did not respond to the victim, and the escape was committed by the victim by taking advantage of the motive of the crime and method of the crime; the crime was committed again; the crime of this case was committed during the period of probation of imprisonment (in particular, during the period of probation of imprisonment with prison labor for the same kind of crime related to the same violence); the crime of this case was committed by both the above Defendants during the period of imprisonment with prison labor (the period of probation of imprisonment with prison labor for the same kind of crime), and all of the sentencing conditions such as each age, character, environment, criminal records, criminal records, etc.
