Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

A. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in the business of driving a motor vehicle for the use of Bone Star in violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license).

On April 17, 2014, at around 14:29, the Defendant, starting from the road in front of the Welfare Center for Disabled Persons, 64 “D cafeteria”, and driving the said vehicle without a license, while under the influence of alcohol of about 0.166% of alcohol content, from a distance of about 200 meters to the road in front of the “D cafeteria” located in C.

B. On April 17, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act: (a) driven the said motor vehicle on April 17, 2014; and (b) driven the two-lane road in front of the “D cafeteria” in Dongducheon-si C along the two-lane direction in the direction of both states at an insular speed.

In such cases, a person who is engaged in the business of driving a motor vehicle shall accurately operate the steering system, brakes and other devices of the motor vehicle, shall not drive the motor vehicle at a speed or in such a manner as to inflict any danger and injury on others according to the traffic conditions of the road and the structure and performance of the motor vehicle, and shall be obliged to pay attention to the duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely reporting the traffic situation

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected to do so and neglected to do so and is proceeding.

On the two-lanes, the victim E(44 years old, south) passenger cars owned by FKaren is shocked by the backer of the driver's vehicle in front of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant suffered physical damage that requires 1,292,949 won to the victim due to occupational negligence.
