Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. 도로 교통법위반( 음주 운전) 피고인은 2016. 12. 9. 21:20 경 서울 서초구 서초동에 있는 뱅뱅 사거리 부근 도로에서부터 서울 용산구 유엔 빌리지 길 80-46에 있는 강변 북로 도로까지 약 9km 구간에서 혈 중 알콜 농도 0.228% 의 술에 취한 상태로 C 모닝 승용차를 운전하였다.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unnecessary Measures after Accidents) driving the said car while under the influence of alcohol as described in paragraph 1, and driving the said car along four lanes from the southwest to the northwest of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government along the six-lane road of Hannam-do.

On the five-lanes from the bed back to the bed offline, E Launta taxi driven by the victim D(65 ) turn on the left-hand direction and changed the lane into the four-lane, so in such a case, the defendant engaged in driving of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to check the safety of the course well and prevent the accident by driving the motor vehicle in advance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and proceeded as it was, while the Defendant was driving on the right side of the motor vehicle driving by the Defendant, and received the left side part of the motor vehicle driving by the victim.

Although Defendant 1 caused damage to the above rocketing taxi amounting to KRW 20,000 by occupational negligence as above, Defendant 1 immediately stopped and escaped without taking necessary measures.
