【Criminal Facts】

On April 18, 2013, around 02:55, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim D (here, 29 years of age) who waits for her husband to return home after completing work on the front of the Cmatet in Jeju Island; (b) obstructed the victim by walking the fright of the victim in his hand; and (c) putting his hand on the kyke to the kyke, thereby committing an indecent act by force against the victim.

Judgment
