A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is between the victim Eul (ma, 21 years old), victim C (ma, 22 years old and 22 years old) and the worker's volunteer O located in Yongnam A, and the victim E (ma, 35 years old, presumption), victim F (ma, 24 years old and 24 years old, presumption) have been dead in the past.

1. Quasi-decent acts;

A. At around 22:51 on July 20, 2019, the Defendant: (a) went off the victim B’s panty, which was under influence of alcohol at the Defendant’s residence, in Yong-Namnam-gun Gudio H; (b) was in his/her hands spanch with the victim’s sexual organ b, sealed under and down, sealed the victim’s sexual organ into his/her inner organ, and committed an indecent act against the victim B by inserting it as soon as possible.

B. At around 23:00 on August 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) exceeded the panty of the victim B, who was under influence of alcohol, and (b) took the victim’s sexual organ into her inner organ under the flusium and flasing it; (c) fluened the victim’s sexual organ into her inner organ under the flusium; and (d) committed an indecent act against the victim B by having the victim conduct the circumstances as soon as possible.

C. On November 12, 2019, at around 02:17, the Defendant exceeded the victim C’s panty panty, who was under influence of alcohol, and committed an indecent act against the victim C, by hand, by putting the victim’s sexual organ into his/her inner organ, and putting the victim C’s sexual organ in his/her inner organ as soon as possible.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts against the victims by taking advantage of the state of mental or impossible failure of the victims.

2. Around March 2, 2017, the Defendant taken the body of the victims who could cause sexual humiliation or shame on seven occasions in total, as described in the attached list of crimes, at the Defendant’s residence located in Gwangju Dong-gu, using a mobile phone camera in his/her possession, taken three-time images of the victim E, such as his/her sexual organ and her mack, etc. using a mobile phone camera, and taken on November 12, 2019 by no later than November 02:17, 2019.
