A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is in a marital relationship with the victim C (n, 43 years of age), and is in a legal marital relationship with the victim D (n, 52 years of age).

1. Injury;

A. On July 18, 2013, around 23:30 on July 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) removed the victim’s head debt by breaking the victim’s body on the ground that the victim took head sect in the park in the place where the victim’s residence in Ulsan-gu E was located; and (b) caused the victim’s injury, such as buckbucks, etc. on the left side of the treatment days.

B. On August 12, 2013, at around 14:32, 2013, the Defendant sent D’s photograph, which the Defendant inflicted an injury on the Defendant’s residence, as set forth in paragraph 1(b), to the victim C, and was written by the Defendant, to the Kakao Stockholm. On the same day, the Defendant sent the victim’s photograph at the “H restaurant” around 17:30 of the same day.
