A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Around May 2019, the Defendant came to know of the victim B (here, 20 years of age) through the Internet online game “Stop”, which is an online game, and sent the victim’s relationship from May 29, 2019 to the annual relationship. However, on September 11, 2019, the Defendant was willing to listen to the horses and to threaten the victim.

On September 16, 2019, from around 23:05 to September 11:54, 2019, the Defendant, via the Kakakao Stockholm, stated that he was “the victim, at the Defendant’s residence of the Gangseo-gu Busan apartment D, off the Defendant’s Kakao Stockholm account, obstructed the Defendant’s access to the Defendant’s Kakao Stockholm,” and stated that he was “the victim, as one, who was not in the Defendant’s birth place,” and then, identified that he would be aware of the Defendant’s access to the Kakao Stockholm Stockholm account.”

Around September 28, 2019, the Defendant, via intimidation, expressed that he was a dicode, an Internet hosting protocol, at the Defendant’s residence indicated in the foregoing paragraph A, and threatened the victim as if he were aware of the images taken by the victim by filing an application for friendship with the victim and spreading the images taken by the victim.
