The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the record, it is justifiable for the court below to maintain the judgment of the court of first instance which acquitted the Defendant on the violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) among the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds as stated in its holding, on the ground that there is no proof of crime, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of exceeding the bounds

On the other hand, the prosecutor appealed the guilty portion of the judgment of the court below, but there is no indication of the grounds for appeal in the petition of appeal and there is no statement of the grounds for appeal in the appellate brief.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
