Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a holder of a non-registered two-wheeled motor vehicle, was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on the road that was not covered by mandatory insurance. On October 14, 2016, around 19:00, the Defendant operated the foregoing motor vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front of the construction site of the new construction site of Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City-ro 19:00.
