Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a motor bicycle.

On April 13, 2014, the Defendant was running the said detailed wawa from a one-way route in front of a singing practice room, which was located in the movement of the Southern-gu at port, around 20:30 on April 13, 2014.

Since there are signs and surface signs indicating the prohibition of entry into the reverse direction on one-way road, all drivers have a duty of care to refrain from driving the one-way road according to signals or instructions indicating the safety facilities.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected this and operated a one-way road without complying with the direction of the sign board prohibiting entry, and caused a conflict of the two-way pedestrians crossing the road from the right side of the course to the left side of the road at that time.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the above victim by negligence in the course of performing the above duties, such as the withdrawal of abandonment on the left-hand side, which requires approximately six weeks of medical treatment.
