1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the person in charge of the accounting of the candidate for the E-election for the National Assembly members of the 6th local constituency election of the 2014.

1. Violation of the Public Official Election Act;

A. From May 2014 to June 3, 2014, the Defendant appears to be 19 years of age in the indictment for the minor H18 years of age, who was not registered as an election campaign worker at the election campaign office of a candidate for 2nd Seoul G GF for about 10 days. However, the Defendant appears to be a clerical error.

(B) Around June 13, 2014, the Defendant provided money and valuables in relation to the above H’s election campaign by transferring KRW 3.50,000 to the deposit account of the above F’s KB National Bank (I’s parent-child account) which is the election expense disbursement account.

C. On June 13, 2014, the Defendant provided money and valuables in relation to the said K’s election campaign by transferring KRW 500,000 from the account for expenditure of the said election campaign to the K’s account in return for the election campaign to the volunteers who were not registered as the election campaign workers.

2. The Defendant, on July 4, 2014, made an accounting report to the competent election commission on the violation of the Political Funds Act, omitted and omitted the disbursement of KRW 350,000 and KRW 500,000 that was paid to H as above, thereby omitting the accounting report on election expenses without justifiable grounds.
