Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 13 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is engaged in driving a FN car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") and the violation of the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Act").

On July 17, 2017, the Defendant was driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.149% in the blood from the 9stm of Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, U.S. P. S., Seo-gu, U.S., Seoyang-gu, P.S. on the 23:40 on March 17, 2017, and was driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.1

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating steering devices, etc.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant was in the front part of the vehicle driven by the Defendant, which was driven by the victim G (W, 49 years old) who was standing in the front side of the vehicle driven by the H K7 vehicle that was driven by the Defendant.

As a result, the Defendant, by negligence in the course of performing such duties, sustained injury to the injured party, such as salvine salk, which requires treatment for about two weeks, and at the same time, avoided the damaged vehicle so that 3,304,145 won can be repaired, and immediately stopped to rescue the injured party, and escaped without taking necessary measures to prevent danger on the road and to ensure smooth communication.

On July 17, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content 0.149% by driving the said car from around 3km-gu, Seoyang-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, Seodong-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-si, Seoyang-si, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-si, to the roads after the police station in the Dongdong-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Busan Metropolitan City.
