1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

1. From September 2012 to February 2013, the Defendant advertised to attract the purchase of sex by attaching a photograph and telephone number indicating the sex organ of male and female, a photograph and telephone number, from the time of sexual traffic, at the Busan Dong-gu Busan Busan, or by placing it at its entrance.

2. On May 29, 2013, around 19:15, the Defendant placed an advertisement soliciting the purchase of sex by attaching and distributing an advertisement leaflet stating a photograph and a telephone number, which means the sex organ of male and female, a photograph of sexual traffic, at the Mosgate located in Busan, Jin-gu, Busan, and the sex organ of male and female, a photograph of sexual traffic.

On June 12, 2013, around 19:20 on June 12, 2013, the Defendant placed an advertisement advertisement soliciting the purchase of sex by attaching and distributing an advertisement leaflet with a photograph and telephone number indicating the sex organ of male and female, a photograph of sexual traffic, at the entrance of the Mael located in Busan-gu, Busan-gu.
