Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2] Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Incheon District Court's Branch on January 11, 2000; on August 2, 2002, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; on October 14, 2004, with one year and six months; on June 23, 2006, with prison labor for a violation of the Act at the Seoul Southern District Court's Branch on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; on June 23, 2006, one year and eight months; on April 3, 2008, with prison labor for the same crime; on March 30, 201, the same court was sentenced to imprisonment for a special larceny; and on May 24, 2012, with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul District Court's Branch.
[Criminal facts]
1. On December 19, 2015, Defendant A: (a) around 20:0 on December 19, 2015, at the victim G’s house located in Seocheon-si F B B B 101, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, 201; (b) the victim removed the victim’s outer space and intruded the crebs without any degree by both hand, thereby having a cash of 70,000 won on his/her inner book and stolen it.
Defendant, from the time of habitually committing the above crimes to February 26, 2016, had intruded into the victim’s residence by the same method as indicated in attached Table 24 times, and did not discover cash and property worth KRW 19,117,400, which is the victims’ possession, or the cash, etc. to steal them.
2. Around January 15:00 on January 9, 2016, Defendant B acquired stolen goods after purchasing KRW 350,000 from the “I” bank of the Defendant’s operation located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with knowledge of the fact that A was a stolen victim’s name and non-existent one, 14K wing one, and 14K wing one.
The defendant, including the above crime, from February 10, 2016 to February 10, 2016, is the same four times as the attached list of crimes.
