A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On November 9, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2 million for a fine of KRW 2 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act from the Suwon Flag Flag, and a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for the same crime in the same court on July 20, 201.

[2] On March 10, 2016, at around 02:30, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car with approximately 500 meters alcohol content 0.130% alcohol content from the 15th day before the modern offline of bank oil stations located in the 15th day from the day before the off of the offline of the Sinpo-si in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, to the Hanitroteth road in the 17th day from the day before the offline of the Sinpo-si Association.

As a result, the Defendant, who committed a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at least twice, was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol again.
