Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the executive director of the Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan Government (State) E and the shareholder of the Republic of Uzbekistan located in the Republic of Korea, the subsidiary company of the above company, and the victim G (V), who is the F member of the company, can actually exercise personnel authority.

At around 22:00 on May 9, 2014, the Defendant: (a) requested that the victim cannot easily refuse the hearing of the Defendant due to his occupational relationship, using the fact that (b)F employees and the victim could not refuse the hearing of the Defendant; (c) the victim’s arms he refused to refuse to refuse to do so; (d) caused the loss to put the victim’s body into the victim’s body; and (e) moved the Defendant’s sexual organ into the victim’s body, and said, “Is the victim to enter the house of this day, and would like to enter the house of this day,” and “Is the Defendant’s sexual organ.”
