1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be postponed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 3, 2015, from around 22:10 to 22:30 the same day, the Defendant interfered with business: (a) 7 passengers, such as E, etc., who were on board a bus using a disturbance, including E, which, without any reason, spits down the bus on the bus floor, such as spiting it on the bus surface, or unfolding it from the bus No. 3-1 operated by the victim C (the age of 44) to the bus stops in front of 359 (gold-dong, Seoul Special Metropolitan City), using the name of luminous-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the bus stops in front of 359 (Seoul Special Metropolitan City).

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's bus operation by force.

2. The Defendant insultd the victim in such a manner as “brupted bus or quaring, ginging away from the womb, shot, and shot,” in the victim’s hearing by other passengers, including E, at the time and place indicated in paragraph (1).

3. Around 22:30 on February 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed assault on the street in front of 359, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, for the reason that “the said victim was spiting that it was a bus used by the large area and damaged other passengers, spiting and spiting them, spiting them early; (b) approximately 6-7 spiting the part of the victim’s Nexta as his hand; (c) exceeded the part of the victim’s inner face, and assaulted the victim’s left face once a week.

4. On February 3, 2015, at around 22:40, the Defendant assaulted that the slope G belonging to the Sungnamnam Police Station F District, which was dispatched after receiving a report of 112 at the place specified in paragraph (3), attempted to arrest the said G as an offender in the crime of interference with business, such as the crime of interference with business, by breaking the balp bat of the said G, and taking the face of the head one time.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of police officers in the act of committing a crime.
