Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaged in driving a vehicle B K7 in light of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes.

On September 23, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver's license at around 18:30 on September 23, 2018, and moved the driving distance in front of the D Hospital located in Sungwon-gu, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, to the right edge distance of the educational complex.

At the time, there are nights, and there are crosswalks where signal lights are installed, so the driver had a duty of care to safely drive the driver by checking the front, left and right, and the signal lights well.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and caused the victim to use the crosswalk on the floor by shocking the left body part of the victim E (the age of 62) with the front part of the said vehicle. However, the Defendant neglected it and caused the victim to use it on the floor.

Ultimately, even though the Defendant suffered from an injury, such as catitis, etc., for two weeks of medical treatment due to occupational negligence, the Defendant immediately stopped the victim and escaped without taking measures, such as providing relief to the victim.

2. On September 18, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and driven the said BK7 car without obtaining a driver’s license at a section of about 1 km from the parking lot at the Seongbuk-gu, Sungwon-si to the D Hospital parking lot located in the same Gu C from the parking lot at the Changwon-si to the same Gu.
