Punishment of the crime

1. [2016 Highest 4326] around 13:30 on October 17, 2016, the Defendant driven a HM5 vehicle, which was not mandatory insurance without a driver’s license, from the front side of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the same south-ro 930 (Seoul-dong), Gangnam-dong Recycling Center (Seoul-dong), around approximately 2.5 km.
