A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 18, 2016, at around 09:40, the Defendant parked two truck trucks in the zone where parking and stopping is prohibited on the road in front of the Busan Metropolitan City apartment commercial building. On August 18, 2016, the Defendant assaulted the above E by means of cutting off two truck trucks parked in the zone where the Busan Metropolitan Office D and public officials belonging to the Busan Metropolitan Office, who controlled illegal stopping vehicles in the inside of the said zone, in digital camera, with the aim to photograph the two trucks parked in the said zone, such as digital camera, “to explain the reasons for the opening of the dog, camera,” and by hand, “to explain the reasons for the marking of the dog, Kameras,” with the above E’s kick belt attached several sides to the cell phone with the knick with the hand, and cutting off the digital camera.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of official duties of public officials in charge of regulating illegal stopping.
