A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. No driver of any motor vehicle, etc. who violates the Road Traffic Act shall threaten or threaten another person, or cause any danger to traffic by continuing or repeating a violation of prohibition against changing course or an occurrence of noise without justifiable grounds;

Nevertheless, at around 21:59 on May 14, 2020, the Defendant: (a) at the front of the Dongdong-gu, U.S. 21:59, the Defendant: (b) driven the C cargo vehicle, followed the D Driving E vehicle, and continuously sounding the horn for about one minute, and (c) at around 22:06 on the same day, the Defendant threatened the damaged vehicle by changing its course from the left side to the lane in which the damaged vehicle is driven.

As a result, the Defendant committed a violation of prohibition of career change and an occurrence of noise without justifiable grounds, and continued or repeated to threaten others, thereby causing danger to traffic.

2. No person shall unlawfully use a registration number plate for a violation of the Automobile Management Act, air protection, unlawful use, or air defense;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the time and place specified in the foregoing Paragraph 1, attached CA registration number plate cancelled around August 29, 2019 to the freight (F) operated by the Defendant, and operated the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant used the registration number plate for the purpose of exercising the right, and exercised the illegally used air defense.
