A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Special larceny;
A. On July 7, 2018, around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim C’s rooftop warehouse of the building located in Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon; (b) the victim’s market price, which was located in the building B along with male and female job offers D, with two instances where the victim’s market price cannot be known; and (c) one electrical summary.
B. On July 10, 2018, around 10:50 on July 10, 2018, the Defendant, along with male-friendly arrest D, stolen the Defendant by putting a large wave, poppy, math, math, straw, urine, and excessive one on a vinyl paper, in which the market price owned by the victim, cultivated or kept together with male-friendly arrest D, cannot be seen.

2. Intrusion into a building, theft, or attempted larceny;

PC of the amount of KRW 352,00 at the market price of the victim Facc owned by the victim Facc, which was located there; and (e) intruded the building managed by the victim Facc.
B. On July 15, 2018, at around 10:00, the Defendant opened the door of an office in the Dong-gu Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, and intruded into the building managed by the victim, and attempted to detect ten passbooks, six personal bankbooks, smartphones, etc., where the market price of the victim’s ownership could not be known, on the shopping bags.
