Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B Poter cargo vehicles.

On April 14, 2016, the Defendant driven a cargo truck of the above Poter on April 14, 2016, and proceeded with a one-lane road in Jindo-gun C, Jindo-gun, Namnam-gun, with a gold-do area from the front side of the wall to the gold-do area.
