Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 8, 2015, the Defendant driven a car with approximately KRW 300 meters B i40 meters from the area near the Gu Office of Young-gu, Young-gu to the front floor of the same middle school in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, with alcohol content of 0.097% under the influence of alcohol during blood transfusion around 22:45.
