Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in driving a B-to-pur vehicle.

On July 14, 2014, the Defendant driving the said car at around 16:50 on July 14, 2014, and driving a road at a university of Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul at a speed not to be known to the opposite intersection as the opposite intersection.
