Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2015 Highest 690" is a driver of C X-ray car.

On May 28, 2016, the Defendant driven a F EX car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.063 percent, without a driver’s license, at the section of about 5 kilometers from the road near the shooting distance to the intersection near the non-exclusive road of Pyeongtaek-dong, Pyeongtaek-dong, Pyeongtaek-si, to the geographical intersection in the parallel of Pyeongtaek-si, and without obtaining a driver’s license.

2. On May 28, 2016, the Defendant is suspected of a crime while driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license, as described in paragraph (1) of the said paragraph, on the 45 national highway near Pyeongtaek-si, Pyeongtaek-si, Hong-si, 2016.
