Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the actual manager of the C Co., Ltd., the head office of which is located at the window B of Changwon-si, and is the user who conducts construction business at the site of the new construction work of Haak-gun, Hawon-gun
When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred.
Nevertheless, the Defendant did not pay the total of KRW 1490,000,000 as wages of June 2015 and KRW 5,100,000 as wages of July 2015 within 14 days from the date on which the grounds for payment occurred, without agreement between the parties on the extension of payment deadline.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred.
Nevertheless, the Defendant’s employees, who retired from the above construction site from July 6, 2014 to September 19, 2014, including the total of KRW 1.55 million wage for July 2014, KRW 3.520,000, KRW 5.220,000, KRW 5.520,000 for wage for August 2014, and KRW 5.55,000 for wage for September 2014, as stated in attached Table 1 through 5,7, or 9, in total, eight workers of the same workplace.
