Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 40 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates the clothing export company called Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government EF.

1. Where it is intended to export other goods whose declaration is sealed, the name, standard, quantity, price, etc. of the relevant goods shall be reported to the head of the relevant customs office, and no goods which are different from the relevant goods shall be exported;

Nevertheless, the Defendant’s “G” on August 12, 2015, as stated in the foregoing F F, is apparent that it is a clerical error of “F”, and thus, is corrected ex officio.

The same shall also apply to paragraph (2) below.

On January 6, 2013, the transportation agent company exported 66 points to H, which is the customer of Japan, 232 points, 238 points, 113 points in Japan, 1,034,80 UN (12,481,862 won) through G, and 66 points in Japan, Japan, the customer of Japan, 54,200 UN (63,76 won), respectively, to the head of the customs office with the export declaration number J as the number of the above original, SHITRTSS, and PNS, which are goods different from the BHTS, and from that on May 15, 2013, reported 47 times in total, and reported 286,84,639,000 won in addition to the export declaration of other goods.

2. No person who intends to export goods subject to false declaration shall file a false declaration with the head of any customhouse when he/she files a declaration on the name, standard, quantity and price of the relevant goods, and other business registration number, overseas buyer code, etc. prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while running the above F, exported 1,532 points in H and I, a customer of Japan, through G on January 6, 2013 through the transportation agent chain G, and filed a false report with the head of the customs office on the export declaration number J, volume, price, the export owner's business registration number, and the overseas trading place, as shown in attached Table 2 (False Report) from that time until May 14, 2013.
