Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:00 on May 25, 2013, the Defendant driven a BNEW EF rocketing car without a vehicle driver’s license for approximately 20 meters from the front day of the Cheongju-si Cheongju-si Cheongju-si Cheongju-si Do, to the front day of the actual output of the same kind.
