A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2012dan4785] Around July 1, 2011, the Defendant loaned money to the victim D in Young-gu, Young-gu, Suwon-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City, to the victim D, and the husband was aware of it. The Defendant said that the Defendant loaned the money to the victim D, “E,” and the husband was a large amount of money.”

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to purchase commercial buildings.
Nevertheless, the Defendant deceivings the victim as above and received KRW 108,50,000 from October 27, 2009 to November 24, 201, including the Defendant received KRW 5 million from the victim as well as the Defendant received KRW 108,50,000 from around that time to November 24, 201, and acquired it by deception.
