1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year;
However, the above punishment shall be imposed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (hereinafter referred to as “Aggravated Punishment, etc.”) and the violation of the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter referred to as “Aggravated Punishment, etc.”) are those engaged in driving CK5 automobiles.
