1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months;

2.Provided, That the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

around 10:40 on June 6, 2016, the Defendant 2016 Godan 2083 moved to a Sifri on the street in front of the national bank located in Gwangju Mine-gu, 41, on the ground that the Defendant brought about the abolition of the Defendant’s store in the victim C (60 tax)’s official market in the dispatching-day market. On the other hand, the Defendant laid down the slicker abandoned therein and laid down two times the above victim’s left side sleep.

On June 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) took a dispute with the victim I (57 years of age) around H convenience store in Gwangju Mine-gu around 21:30 on June 22, 2016; (b) took part in a dispute with the victim I (57 years of age); and (c) took part in a brick, which is a dangerous object located on the fladradle floor of the said victim; and (d) took part in the head part of the said victim once.

As a result, the Defendant committed a damage to the reputation of sugar, head, and sacrificing of the part of sacrine in which there are no sacrifies in two open places requiring treatment for about 14 days to the victim I.

2. On June 19, 2016, around 03:30 on June 19, 2016, the Defendant embezzled a victim’s resident registration certificate before the K clubs located in Gwangju-dongJ, without taking necessary measures, such as holding one copy of the victim’s resident registration certificate and returning it to the above victim, and embezzled it.
