Punishment of the crime

[2015dan266] Around June 7, 2015, the Defendant posted an advertisement that sells a second cell phone (a model: gallon No. 3) on the Internet website at KRW 195,000, and made a false representation that he/she would sell a cell phone to C who reported and contacted it.

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not have any intention or ability to sell the mobile phone.

Nevertheless, the Defendant received KRW 195,00 from the victims to the Nong Bank account in the name of the Defendant in the name of the Defendant for mobile phone price, and acquired KRW 5,08,00 from around that time to June 28, 2015 by transfer of KRW 5,00,00 in total from the victims through 27 times, such as the list of crimes in the attached list, from around that time.

[2015 Highest 281] The Defendant posted a letter to sell used goods on the Internet's website without intent or ability to sell the goods, and the victims purchased used goods.

On April 1, 2015, at around 10:35, 2015, the defendant's residence of the E apartment 107 Dong 1005, and the defendant's residence were telephonely sold to the victim F with the above disc 300,00 used goods to 1.70,00 won, and acquired them by transfer from the defendant's friendship bank account (H): 170,000 won.

B. Around 13:00 on April 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was transferred to 173,000 won to the Defendant-friendly G bank account (H) in the name of the Defendant-friendly G in the name of 173,00, while the Defendant was in possession of the victim I by telephone conversations and text message at the Defendant’s residence of 107, 1005 Dong-dong 107 and 1005; and (b) the Defendant acquired it by deception.

C. On April 2, 2015, at around 09:30, 2015, the Defendant’s residence of the Defendant, 107 Dong Dong 1005, and the Defendant, with telephone conversations and text messages, sold in KRW 130,00,00.
