Cheongju District Court No. 103794 received on July 22, 2015 with respect to one-half portion of each real estate listed in the list.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff’s claim 1) The Plaintiff loaned the amount indicated in the “amount of loan” column to C on each date indicated in the “date of loan” column as set out below. However, the loans set forth in the table Nos. 2 below were a substitute loan for which the maturity of the loans was extended on August 7, 2015.
2) From September 2017 to December 2, 2017, C lost the benefit of time for each loan claim. As of October 16, 2019, the sum of the Plaintiff’s loan principal claims against C as of October 16, 2019 is KRW 24,932,562 in total, and the specific calculation details are as follows.

B. C’s disposal act and property status 1) With respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”) owned by E, the Cheongju District Court completed the registration of establishment of the right to collateral security (hereinafter “Defendant and C”), “E,” “E,” “59,000,000 won for the maximum amount of claims,” under the Cheongju District Court No. 103794, Jul. 22, 2015. On November 30, 2016, C entered into a contract with the Defendant on the transfer of the right to collateral security (hereinafter “instant confirmed claim transfer contract”) with respect to one-half of his share out of the above collateral security (hereinafter “the instant confirmed claim transfer contract”). On November 30, 2016, C completed the registration of the transfer of the aforementioned shares with respect to the Defendant on the ground of the aforementioned confirmed claim transfer by virtue of the Act No. 146042, Nov. 30, 2016.
2) At the time of the conclusion of the contract for the transfer of the instant confirmed claim, C owned 1/2 shares of 50,000 square meters in Cheongju-si, a reasonable amount of 312 square meters in Cheongju-si, a market price of which is equivalent to KRW 50,000,000, as active property, in addition to the above floating claim (1/2
On the other hand, the remaining loan funds of the Plaintiff (4,290,747 Won 14,755,615 Won) shall be added to the financial institutions, such as G Cooperatives, H, and I, in addition to the loan funds of the Plaintiff (4,290,747 Won 14,75,615 Won).
