A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On October 26, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to five years of imprisonment with prison labor for the present state building and fire prevention in the Dong branch of the Busan District Court and for the violation of road traffic law (unlicensed driving), and completed the execution of the sentence in the second intersection of the North Korean Branch on April 30, 2018.

[2] On July 22, 2018, the Defendant driven a DF rocketing car at a distance of about 10km from the front road of the C Training Institute located in the same Gu on the roads of the Yellow-gu, Southern-gu, Busan, Busan, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle on July 22, 2018.
